Registration for The Aromatic Universe symposium is now open. Please review the fees and options below, then proceed to the registration portal to complete your payment.
Registration deadline: The regular registration deadline is April 15, 2026, 11:59pm EDT. Registrations received after this date will be subject to late fees.
Registration Fees
All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD). 13% HST (harmonized sales tax) will be added at checkout.

Student and Regular registration includes coffee breaks throughout the conference, the welcome reception, conference materials (conference bag, name tag, and abstract book), and a complimentary bus pass for local transit during the conference.
Accompanying Person registration includes attendance at the welcome reception and a complimentary bus pass. Accompanying persons may also purchase tickets for the conference banquet and excursion at the same rates as participants (see below).
Optional Add-Ons
Conference Banquet — $85
The conference banquet will be held on Thursday evening, July 9. The fee covers a full dinner and two drink tickets.
Excursion — Wednesday, July 8
A mid-conference excursion day is planned for Wednesday, July 8. All excursion options include a boxed lunch and bus transportation. Please select one of the following options during registration. If you prefer to stay in London, there is plenty to explore — from guided city tours to the Museum of Ontario Archaeology and Fanshawe Pioneer Village. Feel free to contact us if you would like suggestions or help in arranging activities.
Option A: Niagara Falls — $130
Niagara Falls is one of the natural wonders of the world and a must-see if you have not visited before. The Falls are approximately 2.5 hours from London by bus. We plan to depart around noon. Upon arrival, a guide will talk about the history and nature of the Falls and lead you through the impressive old power plant. After the guided portion, you will have a few hours to explore the Falls and the surrounding area on your own and get dinner. The Falls are illuminated in the evening, and there is a fireworks show over the Falls at 10:00 pm. The bus will depart right after the fireworks end, with an estimated arrival back in London around 1:00 am.
Please note: This is a long day — expect to return to London around 1:00 am.
Option B: Pinery Provincial Park — $95
A day at Pinery Provincial Park on the shores of Lake Huron, which offers beautiful trails through rare oak savanna and coastal dunes. Options for the day include the beach, hiking, biking, canoeing — and of course, ice cream! Please note that equipment rentals (bikes, canoes, etc.) are not included in the excursion fee and are available on a first come, first served basis. The park can get busy on warm summer days.
